We want you to love your product. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
How to request a refund
- Email us with your order number and a short note on what went wrong. Photos help if the item arrived damaged.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps and the return address.
- Once we receive your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
What can be returned
- Unused kits in their original packaging.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your product arrives damaged, is missing parts, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, we can send the gift recipient store credit for the value of their return.
Bundles and discounts
If you return part of a bundle order (for example, 1 kit from a 2-kit order), your refund is based on the discounted price you paid for that kit.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After your order has shipped, it can be returned under this policy instead.
